Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Shondra spent her childhood in his grandmother's kitchen learning the secrets of authentic Cajun cooking. After a decade working in New Orleans' finest kitchens, she opened Pivot Cajun Kitchen to bring honest, soul-warming Cajun flavors to the community.
